Agincourt Residence

The Brief
The brief for this project centred on the creation of a comprehensive, end-to-end fixtures and fittings schedule for WINK & CO's residential development on Agincourt Street in the Grange. A carefully considered framework designed to translate the architectural vision into a cohesive, highly resolved residence of enduring appeal.
Every specification was approached with intention to balance materiality, functionality and aesthetic continuity, ultimately delivering an overall design that feels both elevated and effortlessly liveable.
The design focused on crafting a showpiece residence with a strong visual identity, while preserving a sense of warmth and accessibility within its suburban context.

The Design Approach
Our approach layered carefully selected materials, finishes, fixtures, and styling across interiors and exteriors, balancing bold, standout moments with warmth, liveability, and flow between spaces.
Every choice, from wall and ceiling treatments to furniture, lighting, and outdoor finishes, was designed to enhance the architecture, elevate the home, and create a memorable yet market-ready experience.

GlobeWest
In collaboration with GlobeWest, each furniture piece was selected to sit naturally within the architecture. Reinforcing materiality, proportion and flow throughout the home.
A seamless connection between the kitchen, dining, living and outdoor areas creates a space that feels expansive, relaxed, and effortlessly refined. Through layered textures, curated furnishings, and carefully considered finishes, each zone was designed to enhance natural flow while maintaining warmth and liveability.
An interior experience that balances bold architectural moments with a softened, timeless sensibility, complemented by pieces that shape the spaces and feel both sophisticated and inviting in equal measure.

The Result
The result is a residence that feels refined yet approachable. We delivered a fully integrated design, where fixtures, finishes and furniture are considered as one, not layered in stages.
A space where every element contributes to a calm, luxurious, and highly resolved aesthetic. The Agincourt Residence not only excites the senses, it calms the soul.
