HOW WE WORK
Our designers work will create the best layout for the space, no matter what the size or style of the property
Step 1
Initial consultation either onsite or offsite depending on the stage of the build. We get to know your development. We look at what you need (and what you don’t need) and talk through the style, your intended buyer, the market and your marketing approach and styling budget.
Step 2
We will provide you with a scope of work and cost breakdown for the project. Once this is approved we begin working on creative.
Step 3
Style board and budget breakdown Our interior designers pull together a look for you and provide a budget breakdown. We work with all sorts of budgets.
Step 4
Detailed product lists, costs and lead-times We provide a complete list of each product, it’s specs, it’s price and it’s availability for your sign off.
Step 5
Payment of all items upfront once you’ve made your selections and paid upfront we’re ready to get buying.
Step 6
Orders placed by Blok Design Co. We place all orders and negotiate any further savings that we can at time of purchase.
Step 7
All items delivered to Blok Design Co. warehouse. We hold all of your pieces in our warehouse until all of the orders have arrived.
Step 8
Installation day. We use our own trucks and our styling and installation team to install everything at a time that’s convenient and make sure it looks amazing.
