Bramston Project was conceived as a modern Mediterranean home where warm, tonal interiors, natural materials and considered detailing come together to create a sense of quiet luxury.
Designed for a luxury family lifestyle, the vision was to balance grandeur with liveability — creating a home that feels considered from its strong street presence through to every interior moment.
Materiality at the Forefront
Taj Mahal quartzite is the hero finish throughout the home, complemented by limestone crazy paving, soft timbers and richly layered textures.
A warm, tonal palette connects each space, with careful consideration given to ensuring finishes feel soft and inviting rather than stark. Together, the materials establish a refined Mediterranean aesthetic that feels both contemporary and timeless.
Details That Define the Home
Thoughtful design moments are found throughout Bramston Street — from the curved transition between limestone crazy paving and timber flooring at the entry to the sculptural kitchen island and softly illuminated cabinetry within the master walk-in robe.
Lighting also plays an important role. A large organic pendant anchors the main void, creating a striking view from the upstairs landing, while sculptural wall sconces from Lighting Collective bring another layer of detail to the kitchen and master ensuite.
