St Clair Project
Earlier this year, we were proud to announce our appointment by Habitat Development Group to lead the furniture, décor and commissioned artwork procurement and installation for St Clair, Lake Kawana. Today, we are delighted to share the completed spaces.
Working in close collaboration with Habitat's Development, Design and Sales & Marketing teams, our scope encompassed the complete furnishing and styling of the penthouse display apartment, a standard display apartment, and a carefully curated collection of resident amenity spaces. Each area was thoughtfully designed as a cohesive expression of the development's architectural vision and worked to communicate the lifestyle offering, craftsmanship and level of refinement that define the St Clair development.
Rather than approaching each space as an individual styling project, we focused on creating a continuous design narrative that flowed seamlessly throughout the development. Every interior was designed to feel authentic, considered and enduring, balancing a sense of aspiration with genuine comfort and liveability.
From the earliest stages of concept development through to our furniture procurement, logistics management and final installation, every phase of the project was carefully coordinated to ensure consistency in quality, execution and detail. A layered design approach informed every decision, with furniture, lighting, textiles, artwork and decorative objects selected not as standalone pieces, but as integral components of a carefully resolved interior composition.
The interiors created for this project encourage connection, relaxation and everyday enjoyment, presenting aspirational spaces that remain warm, approachable and deeply functional.
Seeing each space come together and styled ready to welcome future residents was genuinely rewarding. The quality of construction on this project provided an exceptional canvas, and we are proud to have contributed to what is shaping up to be one of the Sunshine Coast's most significant residential developments.
PENTHOUSE APARTMENT STYLING
Designed to represent the pinnacle of the residential offering at St Clair by Habitat Development Group, the penthouse apartment demanded a furniture collection that felt as refined and distinctive as the residence itself.
The interiors were curated to reflect an elevated coastal lifestyle — one that is both sophisticated and effortlessly relaxed. Every space was considered as part of a cohesive experience, with carefully balanced scale, proportion, and materiality creating a sense of calm, elegance, and permanence.
Through thoughtful procurement and curation, our interiors team selected furniture, artwork, and accessories that complemented the layered finishes, architectural detailing, and premium lifestyle vision.
The result is a sophisticated and welcoming home that captures the essence of contemporary luxury while creating a lasting emotional connection for prospective buyers.
The objective was not simply to furnish beautiful spaces, but to create environments that evoked an emotional connection and allowed future residents to imagine themselves at home.
