Charlton House represents a study in refined simplicity — a development that embraces both form and feeling. Designed as a showcase of modern contemporary living, the interiors balance warmth and sophistication through an intentional blend of tone, texture, and material.
During its development, we curated the interiors for the display unit — furniture pieces, soft linens and sculptural styling elements were selected to showcase the space's potential.
Following the opening of the display, we secured the interiors for multiple private residents' personal apartments. Every detail, from furniture selection to material finish was curated to achieve a sense of timeless ease for each client.
Our Design Approach
Our design direction focused on creating an inviting interior that felt lived-in yet aspirational. We layered spaces with natural materials, soft textiles and sculptural forms that invite both comfort and connection. Furniture pieces were scaled to enhance flow and proportion, ensuring that each room holds purpose and balance.
This project demonstrates how thoughtful interior design can transform architecture into atmosphere. Statement elements, including custom furniture and curated textures, provide subtle moments of drama without overpowering the serenity of the space. The outcome is beautifully cohesive homes — sophisticated, calming and inherently functional.
