Collaborating with Garra Property Developments and their lead developer and architect, Fabiola Delboit, alongside the exceptional build by Evermore, we were entrusted with transforming this residence through a styling lens that captured the essence of the Modern Euro vision
The Brief
The brief was elevated sophistication. A design language defined by layered textures, sculptural forms, and a palette of softened tones that would elevate each space to a level of aspirational calm. This property was presented to us as a blank canvas just as the build completed and gave our team the rare opportunity to craft a narrative entirely from the ground up, with each room transformed into a carefully considered expression of contemporary European refinement.
The Style
This residence was envisioned through a lens of modern European sophistication - With an emphasis on texture, tone, and sculptural form.
Features Worth Highlighting
The main living area sets the tone for the entire residence. A soft white chaise and ball-footed armchair establish the room’s sculptural foundation, while a statement marble coffee table provides a focal point of quiet luxury.
The library is a true highlight, elevated by the addition of a baby grand piano. This singular piece transforms the room into a sophisticated retreat - A space equally suited to moments of reflection or evenings of entertainment.
In the bedrooms, the styling takes on a lighter, more playful tone, always with an underpinning of (refinement). We introduced variation through mixed bedside tables, adding interest and depth while maintaining cohesion. Each space feels elevated yet approachable, with the aim to appeal to buyers who seek comfort without compromise.
The master suite for us was the undeniable showpiece. A scalloped super-king linen bedhead in soft pistachio forms a serene backdrop, paired with striking plum marble bedsides that anchor the space with structure and grandeur. This balance of softness and strength creates a bedroom of exceptional presence.

Every selection was curated to highlight the property’s aspirational character while ensuring each space felt inviting, resolved, and ready to live in.
