HOW WE WORK

We will collaborate and communicate
with you throughout the entire process
to deliver all your decoration needs

Step 1

Design Consultation - Our design process starts with a face to face consultation with one of our Interior Designers. We get to know you and your design requirements. We talk through your lifestyle, how you use each space in your home and your individual style, helping us to pull together a detailed design brief document.

Step 2

Scope of Work - You will receive a scope of work for your project before we commence work. This document is inclusive of a detailed design brief, the range of services Blok Design Co. will provide throughout the project, a breakdown of fees and a tentative timing schedule for you to sign off on. Once we receive your signed copy and payment of deposit we will begin our design work.

Step 3

Concept Development - Our Interior Designers will pull together 2 x concepts and present them to you face to face. This phase will include an overall budget breakdown by room.

Step 4

Design Development - Once we have a clear direction for the design from our initial review. We will finalise all selections and provide detailed product lists with images, specs and lead-time windows as well as a formal quotation for your approval. We can meet you at local supplier showrooms to touch and feel recommended products or decide between options.

Step 5

Invoicing - We require payment of all items upfront. Once we have your sign off on the quotation we will generate the invoice. This excludes delivery costs from supplier to Blok Design Co. warehouse, which are invoiced after placing all orders.

Step 6

Ordering - All orders are placed within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Delivery invoice is then sent at this time.

Step 7

Deliveries - All items delivered to Blok Design Co. warehouse. We hold all of your pieces in our warehouse until all of the orders have arrived.

Step 8

Installation - 2 x Removalists and 2 x Interior Designers to install everything in your property in one day and make sure it looks amazing.
